2022 Minnesota Council of Nonprofts Salary and Benefits Survey

Nonprofits need current and reliable information to establish and justify appropriate salaries and benefits. To meet this need, the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) publishes the Minnesota Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey in conjunction with Gallagher Surveys. The survey results are a current and comprehensive tool to help Minnesota nonprofits evaluate salaries and benefits in all nonprofit activity areas, budget ranges, and geographic locations.
